A photo captures a very small frame of time - roughly, only 1/30 of a second (depending on shutter exposure). Many times, the camera or it's operator is responsible for digital anomalies - such as orbs or light streaks. CCIPR has devoted an exceptional amount of time in understanding the schematics of digital cameras and is able to quickly discern between anomalies caused by technical issues, camera settings, bugs and dust - or possible paranormal events.
